DTCO® 3.0 was developed for the new market requirements of the European Union. Thanks to its new architecture and optimized design, DTCO® is now even more powerful and consumes less energy.

DTCO® 3.0 consumes less energy than its predecessor.
The renewed design makes it even easier to operate. For example, direct sunlight is no problem for the new negative display.
Drivers benefit from faster processing when there is a two-person crew in the vehicle, and mobile devices can be used to record additional manual entries.
Drivers and fleet managers can now communicate with the tachograph: The new “DTCO® Configuration” App allows parameters to be changed and thus functions such as local time or activity after ignition off to be aligned more closely with the user’s requirements.

The VDO WorkshopTab combines all functions for tachograph calibration in one device for the first time. Available exclusively to service stations, this special tablet allows service experts to carry out checks in shorter time periods, using less equipment. It also provides guidance throughout the calibration process using explanatory test indexes and provides access to the latest technical service bulletins.
